Temperature Monitoring And Analysis

Our client, having proficiency in metallurgy and expertise in machining had a patented technology for determining the elemental composition of molten metal by thermal analysis.
The technology was realized with our microcontroller-based DSP techniques to accurately determine liquidus and solidus arrest points of the cooling metal.
IoT capabilities facilitated the managers to supervise the melting process.

Mill Optimization

One of our client, a supplier in cement industry domain is providing his clients
with our DSP based system for optimized mill operations.
We provided with a solution determine the level of material in the mill.
By monitoring the grinding sounds and using FFT techniques to analyse the
audio signal, it could be determined how full the mill is!

Pollution Controller

Our client successfully provided a solution for pollution control and achieving high yield with a Fuzzy Logic-based Pulse Jet Bag Filter Sequence Controller developed by us. Our solution was based on sensing differential pressure input and operating the solenoids in optimized duty cycle and sequence to purge the bag filters.

Machine Control and HMI

An electronic production machine manufacturer integrated our controller and HMI into their state-of-the-art production machine, enhancing control and user interface.
ARM family micro-controller was used for color graphic HMI with data driven
software libraries developed in house for UI. Motion control was implemented
with a DSP microcontroller. Micro stepping motion control was achieved with optimized PID algorithms.

Ultrasonic Flow Meter

A factory instrumentation supplier achieved precise flow measurement with our pico second resolution transit time measurement system. We provided with a solution to measure the liquid flow. DSP techniques were applied to filter the turbulences in the flow and have accurate measurements. This product was provided with legacy instrumentation communication interfaces like MODBUS over RS485 and flow proportional 4-20 mA output which made the instrument field compatible.
